The Red Stable, located in the charming German Village, is seeking WEEKEND and Seasonal Retail Sales Representatives to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and offering unique, locally-made products. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a passion for retail, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
* Understand and effectively communicate details about our products, services, and the unique offerings at The Red Stable.
* Listen to and identify customers' needs, providing suitable product recommendations and solutions to meet their preferences.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and concerns accurately.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through active engagement with customers and effective product upselling.
* Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, aiming for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements:
* Availability to work weekends is mandatory.
* Knowledge of German Village and Columbus, Ohio is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage customers and make them feel valued.
* Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
